2. Agree to sign an exclusive buyers agency agreement with our sponsored real estate agent.

3. Agree to sign a waiver of liability.

If you are a first time buyer, move up home, or an investor you can get on the bus and find your deal! You don't have to be a first time buyer.  If you are a cash buyer please bring proof of funds from your bank.

Please remember to bring comfortable clothes and some walking shoes. You may even want to bring your camera to take some pictures of your new home!
