Application Process
Applying for a rehab loan is similar to the application process for a
traditional mortgage; credit score, ability to repay and cash reserves
are considered.
For each rehab loan, we will evaluate the property to be rehabbed.
We ask you to provide a list of work to be completed, sales comparables,
budget and whether the property will be sold or held as a rental.
If you plan to hold your property as a rental, we can assist you in
obtaining permanent financing.
Your application can be processed in 1-3 business days.
